How it started
It didn't begin as a brand. It began as a search that kept coming up empty.
Every year, the same routine. A trip planned, a warm weekend on the calendar, a closet full of sandals that either hurt or embarrassed us — often both. The ones we loved fell apart by August. The ones that held up were the ones we hid in the back.
What we wanted was simple, and it was nowhere. A sandal built from natural materials, finished with care, with a shape that still made sense five summers later. Not a trend. Not a throwaway. A pair you'd reach for first and hold on to.
So we made it.

We don't think a sandal is a seasonal thing. We think it's a habit.

Everything we make starts there. We think about the days first — the walk, the light, the pace, the foot inside the sandal — and we build backwards from that. If a pair doesn't earn its place by the door, it doesn't earn a place in our collection.
